Twenty-six finishes. One installation system.
Seven series on one production line. 600 × 1,200 mm is the standard module, with 1,200 × 2,400 mm and 1,200 × 3,000 mm sheets made on the same production run. Colours and sizes can be customized. Select a finish for full technical data.
Minimum order, sizes and packing.
Orders are confirmed per finish and per sheet size, and the panel size is chosen at the time of order. Send the drawing or the quantity and the sales desk will confirm availability and lead time.
MOQ is 50 m² per finish, in any mix of sheet sizes. Smaller quantities are quoted as sample or trial orders — ask the sales desk. Mixed pallets across several finishes are welcome and are consolidated into one shipment.

Flexible stone against the alternatives.
Figures are typical values for a 2–4 mm KASARO sheet against common cladding options. Project-specific data sheets are issued on request.
| KASARO flexible stone | 20 mm solid stone | Ceramic tile | HPL laminate | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weight per m² | 3 kg | 52–58 kg | 18–24 kg | 8–11 kg |
| Thickness | 2–4 mm | 20 mm | 9–12 mm | 6–13 mm |
| Minimum bend radius | 50 mm | Not bendable | Not bendable | Rigid, heat-formed only |
| On-site cutting | Utility knife | Wet saw | Wet saw, diamond blade | Panel saw |
| Fixing | Tile adhesive or rails | Mechanical anchors, substrate | Cement adhesive | Rivets or adhesive |
| Fire classification | Class A | A1 | A1 | B-s1,d0 to C-s3,d0 |
| Structural load on facade | Negligible | High — secondary frame required | Medium — substrate required | Low |
| Typical installed cost index | 1.0 | 2.6–3.4 | 1.1–1.4 | 0.8–1.1 |
Cost index is indicative only and excludes scaffolding, substrate preparation and access equipment, which typically favour thin, light systems further.
Everything around the sheet.
Supply is the easy part. These are the services that decide whether a project runs.

Installation support
Written method statements and tool lists. On-site commissioning support for orders above 1,000 m², including a first-elevation inspection.
Logistics & consolidation
FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Container optimisation reports before loading, and consolidation with other KASARO finishes on mixed projects.
After-sales & warranty
15-year surface warranty on exterior applications, 10 years on interior. Replacement sheets are drawn from the same retained batch reference.
Three ways to fix a sheet.
- Adhesive bond — the simplest route for interiors. Full-bed polymer adhesive over plaster, plasterboard, concrete or tile, with a 4 mm notch trowel.
- Ventilated rainscreen — sheets bonded to aluminium carrier panels on vertical rails, with a 25 mm drained and ventilated cavity for facades.
- Direct mechanical — for soffits and ceilings, using concealed clips at sheet edges so no fixing passes through the stone face.
Substrate tolerances, joint widths and movement allowances are covered in the installation manual, issued with every order and available on request before specification.
Order the sample box, or send us the drawing.
Minimum order 50 m² per finish. Trade accounts are opened on receipt of a company profile and, where required, a first-order deposit. Typical approval takes one working day.
