Al Jaddaf Boutique Hotel
Lobby, corridors and lift cores in book-matched travertine, installed over plasterboard with a full-bed adhesive system. The reception counter and lift-shaft interior — both curved — were wrapped without a visible seam. Delivered in two batches against a retained master reference so the second shipment matched the first.
- Curved surfaces — column cladding and reception counter at a 60 mm radius.
- Batch control — two shipments, one colour reference.
- Programme — 4 weeks production, shipped in two waves to suit the fit-out sequence.
Selected installations.
Office interior walls and reception features. The UV-stable finish was selected for the south-facing atrium, where direct sun reaches the upper internal walls through the glazing.
Cultural and civic surfaces cast from regional reference slabs, giving local-material character without local sourcing delays on the construction programme.
Feature walls and bar fronts in a wet-rated interior finish, bonded directly over the existing tile substrate — no demolition and no structural change to the podium.
A rollout programme across six properties on a single retained batch reference — en-suite wet rooms, corridor wayfinding panels and reception walls, all to one specification.
Bar fronts, wall panelling and entry features across three venues. Scrubbable surface specified for the high-traffic dining rooms, with replacement sheets drawn from the same batch reference.
