The minimum order quantity is 50 m² per finish, in any mix of sheet sizes. Custom colours and textures start from 300 m² per colour, because the production line has to be set up and run for the whole batch. Mixed pallets across several finishes are welcome and are consolidated into one shipment. Sample boxes are supplied independently of any order.

Standard finishes ship in 15 to 20 working days from order confirmation. Custom runs take 25 to 30 working days. Sample boxes leave the factory within 48 hours. Curing is never accelerated, so these lead times are production realities rather than targets.

SGS certified test reports covering water absorption, Class A fire rating, freeze-thaw cycling, UV exposure, scrub resistance and VOC, plus California Proposition 65 compliance, adhesion test data and a full technical data sheet per finish. These are issued in advance of specification, not only at order stage.

Yes. Exterior applications use a ventilated rainscreen build-up on aluminium carrier panels, with a 25 mm drained and ventilated cavity. Standard finishes carry a 15-year exterior surface warranty. Direct-adhesive fixing is for interior use only.

We do not install directly in most markets, but we provide written method statements, tool lists, setting-out drawings and, on orders above 1,000 m², an on-site commissioning visit for the first elevation. We can also introduce approved installers in several markets.

A trade account is opened on receipt of a company profile and a first-order deposit. Terms are 30 % deposit with the balance against the bill of lading for new accounts, moving to 30-day terms after three completed orders. LC and other instruments are available for larger contracts.
