A stone factory that behaves like a materials laboratory.
KASARO produces flexible stone (MCM) at our own production base — automated production lines, strict quality control at every step, and a technical department whose job is to say no to specifications that will not work.
We make one thing, and we make it properly.
Flexible stone sits somewhere between a tile and a stone panel. Most factories treat it as a decoration product. We treat it as a building material.
That means testing every batch for adhesion, frost resistance and UV stability rather than shipping it on the strength of a sample. It means refusing to sell a 2–4 mm sheet into an application that needs 6 mm. And it means publishing the limits of the material as clearly as its advantages.
Our customers are facade contractors, interior fit-out companies, distributors and design practices working on projects where the finish has to survive a decade of weather and a consultant's review.
A modern production base.
Built with advanced technology and international standards, KASARO ensures premium quality, efficient production, and reliable delivery for architectural projects.
Casting, curing, inspection and crating under one roof — every order leaves from this site.
Automated production lines
Advanced automated manufacturing systems ensure high precision, consistency and scalable production capacity.
Strict quality control
From raw material selection to finished-product inspection, every step is controlled to meet international quality standards.
Standard export wooden crates
Products are securely packed in sturdy wooden crates with professional protection to ensure safe ocean transportation.
Reliable global delivery
With efficient logistics and export experience, KASARO delivers to projects worldwide with reliability.
How a quarry becomes a 2–4 mm sheet.
Quarry selection
Blocks are chosen for tonal consistency and vein structure, then cut into reference slabs that define the look of an entire series.
Mineral aggregate
The stone is reduced to a graded aggregate and combined with a mineral binder — no cement, no gypsum, no plastic film carrying the image.
Face reproduction
The aggregate is cast against the original slab surface, picking up grain, cleft and open pore at a fidelity that printing cannot reach.
Flexible cure
A controlled cure locks the surface to a flexible mineral backing, then the sheet is calibrated, sealed and cut to the ordered size.
Tested, certified, and documented.
Reports are issued with every order and are available in advance of specification. California Proposition 65 compliance is included in the documentation pack.
Absorption
Water absorption tested to the SGS method, confirming a sealed and dimensionally stable sheet.
Fire-Rated Class A
SGS certified Class A fire rating — non-combustible with negligible smoke production.
Freeze-thaw Cycling
Cycling tested for exterior use in cold climates, without cracking or delamination.
UV-Exposure
Accelerated UV exposure confirming colour stability on exposed facades.
Scrub Resistance
Surface durability under repeated wet scrubbing, for high-traffic interiors.
VOC
Volatile organic compound emissions tested for occupied interiors.
A thin sheet is a low-carbon decision.
The environmental case for flexible stone is mostly arithmetic: less material moved, less weight carried, less waste on site.
- Around 90 % less quarry material per square metre of installed surface than 20 mm solid cladding.
- Roughly 85 % lower transport emissions by weight, which matters on export routes.
- Cut with a utility knife on site, so off-cuts are small and sheet utilisation typically exceeds 92 %.
- Quarry fines and process water are recovered and returned to production.
- Surface can be re-finished in place after damage instead of being replaced.
